ACPA
The Alameda County Prosecutors’ Association is the professional association for non-management attorneys employed by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. ACPA is a non-profit corporation, governed by a seven-person executive board, who are each elected on a staggered basis by members.
Since 2019
Formed in 2019, ACPA serves as the bargaining unit for its members. Although ACPA is a stand-alone organization, it is affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 856.
